The COVID-19 pandemic has been in full swing for several months now. Some business sectors are faring much better than others, and in some cases, there are even silos within sectors that are experiencing wildly different outcomes.
Before you develop a marketing plan, take stock of your level of communication with your employees and customers. When the economy opens up, how will you all reengage? The further you have distanced from one another, and the less you communicate with one another, the harder it will be to start back up.
Ask yourself whether there is something you can be doing now to improve yourself, your employees, your business or your customers during quarantine. Perhaps this is a good time to retrain, learn and provide new services, remodel your office or find new ways to deliver services to your customers.
